4. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Services can be scheduled through our website, phone, or mobile app. We offer flexible scheduling including one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning appointments. Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekend and evening appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Rescheduling: We allow free rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Emergency Cancellations: In case of severe weather, illness, or emergency situations, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

Billing and Invoicing

6. Quality Guarantee and Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, we will return within 24 hours to re-clean the area of concern at no additional charge.

To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to assess the situation and determine appropriate corrective action. Our guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions or damage caused by structural issues, plumbing problems, or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability and Insurance

CleanQuick Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance and bonding for your protection. Our insurance coverage includes:

  • General liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence)
  • Property damage coverage
  • Bonding for all employees

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to the limits of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for damage to fragile items, antiques, artwork, or items not properly secured. We recommend removing or securing valuable items before our arrival.

8. Employee Conduct and Safety

All CleanQuick Services employees are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and professionally trained. Our team members:

  • Arrive in branded uniforms and carry photo identification
  • Follow strict safety protocols and use proper cleaning equipment
  • Respect your privacy and property at all times
  • Do not smoke, use profanity, or consume alcohol on your premises
  • Are covered by workers' compensation and liability insurance
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding your personal information and property

9. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to environmental responsibility and offer eco-friendly cleaning options using green products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Our green cleaning service includes:

  • Biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning products
  • HEPA-filtered vacuums for improved air quality
